The weather out was still very warm, making inside the castle pretty stuffy, especially when the a large population of the students were inside. Therefore, Albus decided that he would head outside to the lake, possibly go for a swim if he felt like it once he got there. Thus, he put on his swim trunks before pulling on the first shirt and pair of pants he could grab. He ruffled his own hair, wondering what he was forgetting. Deciding it was nothing, he started out before turning around and grabbing a towel. Now sure there wasn't anything else, he started to walk out of the towel.
Once he was out of the castle, the took a deep breath and smiled, treasuring the fresh air. With a grin on his face, he started walking down to the lake, enjoying the feel of being outside rather than the recycled air of being inside. Sure, it was warm, but it felt much better than being inside. As he approached the lake, he pulled his shoes off and stuck his feet in, still trying to determine whether or not he was up for a swim.

Victoire Weasley stood outside in the beautiful sunshine. She smiled as she looked around the grounds from where she sat under a tall oak tree near the lake. The tree was just the perfect size to cover her up and keep the sun off of her. Victoire loved it that way, and it also helped keep her pale pink complexion perfect.
Victorie's eyes sometimes fell upon a few boys that passed and she smiled sweetly. At first when they were passing they didn't even noticed her, but soon they were all looking at her, stopped dead in their tracks. Victoire waved slightly as she looked at them and fluttered her eyelashes. She loved teasing the boys with her veela charm. Of course she was never going to date any of these boys, no, she had her sights set on someone else.
Victoire turned her soft blue eyes from the boys as she noticed a familiar figure walk past her tree and go straight to the water's edge. It was her dear cousin Albus. She quickly got to her feet and walked over to greet him. She walked up behind him so he couldn't see her and stopped.
"Hello cousin," she said, hoping to catch him off gaurd.

Albus had just begun to splash his feet some. He was sure he probably looked like a little kid splashing like that. However, he didn't really care. He was having some fun. Plus, he wasn't getting completely wet, though he was staying cool. He didn't have anything against getting wet, but he was really warm and knew the water was much cooler. He wasn't ready just yet to dive in.
Completely unaware of his surrounds just before, Albus jumped up and slightly forward. The result? He had ended up inside the lake fully dressed. He swam toward the bank as he swam up. Once he was up, he shook his head, splashing everything he could with his wet hair, before smiling, "Why, hey there, cousin. Come here and give your cousin a hug." He grinned as he ran after her, arms wide open for a hug. "It's been a while since I last saw you."

Vitcoire just about laughed out loud when Albus fell into the lake, getting soaked by the water. She contained her laughter as she watched her cousin shook th water out of his wet hait and looked at her. It was a few moments before she realized that he had stood up and started to some toward her.
"Don't you dare get me wet," Victoire said as she started to back up. "I did you no harm by getting you wet. You would have gotten in soon or later anyway. well, maybe the later rahter than the sooner."
Victoire turned and started to run as Albus, and all his wet self, took off after her. She ran toward the tree that she had been sitting under just a bit earlier and ran behind it. It wasn't much wider than she so she decided to try to climb it. That turned out to be a bad idea as she reached up and couldn't touch the first branch.

Albus was grinning, obviously showing his plan to get her wet in his soaking wet hug as he was dripping from just coming out of the water. As she started resisting, he started laughing, though not enough that he couldn't speak, "What? You don't want to give your favorite cousin a hug? Come on. I missed you, so you have to had missed me at least a little..."
He started laughing more as he ran after her, his arms still out to give her a hug. This was definitely fun. Much more so than he had been having before. He should do this more often, void of the getting surprised part that causes him to dive into the water before he was ready.
Once he saw that she had stopped, he kept running before wrapping his arms around her and squeezing her with his wet clothing on. He didn't really care how weird it might look, but they were cousins, so it's okay. It was just a hug from a drenched cousin to a dry cousin.
With a satisfied grin on his face, he said, "But I have to admit, as satisfying as that was, I planning to jump into the water. I was just planning to be wearing swimming trunks first." He pulled his shirt off and started wringing it out. "Thanks though. I think it's much more comfortable being drenched. It's definitely cooler now." He just smiled to her, as if he didn't do anything wrong.

It was too late. Victorie squirmed as she was given one big wet hug by her cousin. Now she was just about as wet as her cousin that was hugging her. When he pulled away Victorie looked down at herself and shook her head. So much for not getting wet today. She looked up at Albus and glared. He could have kept all that water to himself instead of putting at her.
"Thanks," she said as she tried to smooth the water out of her shirt. "That's what I've always wanted.
Victorie soon gave up on getting all the water out of her clothes and plopped back down into her spot, on the ground, under the tree. She sighed and looked up at her cousin who was wringing the water out of his shirt.
"I'm glad you're cool," she said in a gruff voice as she crossed her arms.

Albus laughed as she squirmed and looked all so pleased that he took this particular opportunity to hug her. But he knew that she couldn't completely hate him for it, so he didn't care that she was now glaring at him. Soon enough, he was sure that she'll be totally cool with him again. But for now, he's going to relish in the fact that he can take his shirt off without it being totally awkward while she'll have to deal with it on unless she's wearing some sort of swimming clothes underneath.
With a grin, he responded, "You are quite welcome. I knew you've been wanting it lately, so I decided to give it to you." He smiled and threw his now wrinkly shirt over his shoulder and looked around for a few moments.
Sitting next to her, he said, "Aww, don't be like that. I'm sure that you're cool now, too. I mean, yeah... you're wet, but it's cooler." He smiled to her and put his now not so wet arm around her shoulder.

Victorie contiued to shake her head at her dear cousin Albus. Sometimes she wanted to kill him, but at other times she did love him very much. He was one of her favorite cousins. He was the one that she had always gotten along with when they were younger. He was the one she woul always play with when their family got together at Shell Cottage.
"Oh yes, I have been wanting that for so very long," she said, sarcasm dripping from hervoice. "Just like when I fell out of the tree when we were little. I wnated to do that too."
Victorie shook her head and turned her gaze toward the lake. True, she was a bit cooler now, but she still didn't like being wet. She hated the feeling of her wetclothes sticking to her body. She glanced around and noticed a group of guys that were all lounging around on towels.
"I will be right back cousin," Victorie said as she stood up and walked over to the boys. "Do any of you have a towel that I can borrow for a moment?" she asked as she turned her veela charm on.
Almost instantly she had six arms coming toward her. Each of them was holding out a towel for her to borrow and saying 'Here, take mine.' Victorie smiled at each of the guys and took one of the towels. She politely said thank you and walked away, wrapping the towel around herself.

[Sorry I took so long to reply...]
Albus just laughed some more at her sarcasm before pulling her close with his arm around her shoulder and said, "Come on, cous. I know you aren't that mad at me. It couldn't have been as bad as falling out of that tree. That was much more painful."
"Alright," was all he was able to say before she left to walk over to a small group of boys. He took that opportunity to pull off his jeans, leaving him in just his swimming trunks. He figured she wouldn't mind as she has seen him in that seeing as they have gone swimming together with siblings and cousins enough times.
As he sat back down, he shook his head at the fact that she was just trying to get a towel. He ran to get the towel he had left behind after she had pushed him in and he had chased her. He draped it over his shoulder before walking over to her. Once they were out of hearing range, he said, "Although I'm sure you had fun with that, it would have been much easier to just ask for my towel. I'm not really using it right now."

Victoire chuckled to herself as she walked back over to her cousin and sat down. She smiled at him as she wrapped her towel more tightly around herself. The breeze that just blew across the grounds made her shiver. She shook her head and looked over at her cousin.
"Take your towel? Where's the fun in that?" Victoire asked as she looked at him.
She chuckled and looked around the grounds. The wind was now beginning to pick up. It would soon push the dark clouds that were a few miles away right over them. Maybe right now was the time to head inside. Victoire really didn't mind. She liked the rain, but she didn't remember abotu Albus. Did he like rain?
"Do you want to head inside before the rain?" Victoire asked.

Albus laughed lightly as she asked about the fun. Shaking his head, he answered, "I guess you're right. I wasn't thinking. I mean, what could be more fun that seducing boys into giving you a towel." For effect, he even hit his forehead in the 'duh, what was I thinking' kind of way.
As he felt a breeze, he looked up at the sky and noticed the dark clouds were approaching. Maybe he wouldn't go for a swim. As much fun as it sounded to swim in the rain, he didn't really like the idea of the storm turning into a thunderstorm and lightening getting him in the water. Nevertheless, if he stayed out of the water, he wouldn't mind being out as long as the lightening didn't come. He was slightly afraid of being electrocuted.
As he heard his cousin asking if they should head in, he shrugged and answered, "I guess if you want to. But that means no dancing in the rain. I mean, we're already wet, so why not play around in the rain? Unless you want to head in..."

"I don't know," Victoire said as she laughed and shook her head.
Her soft blue eyes moved back up as she looked at the darkening sky. She really didn't care if they went in or stayed outside. What Albus said was true; they were already wet. What would it matter getting a little more wet.
"Dancing in the rain does sound like an awful lot of fun," Victoire said as she looked at Albus.
She loved being in the rain. As long as there was no lightening she was happy. The rain was one thing that really made her creative side come out. Most of her songs that she had written were all created because of the rain. She didn't know what it was, but every time she was in the rain she got ideas runnign through her head.

Albus shook his head and laughed when she answered his statement. He didn't even really ask a question. However, it was funny and her laughter just added all the more to laughing.
He closed his eyes for a moment and took a deep breath. He could feel the clouds beginning to cover the sun as it got cooler, even slightly. As he opened his eyes, he looked up at the sky and smiled lightly, glancing at her without moving anything but his green eyes. "It surely does, doesn't it?" He smirked before looking back up at the sky again.
He loved spending time with his cousins, especially when they agreed to what he considered fun. And hanging out in the rain seemed to be an excellent idea. He laid back on the grass and looked up at the sky, waiting for the rain to begin. "This is pretty relaxing, don't you think?" he asked, looking over at her in his current laying down position.

"Yes, it sounds like great fun," Victorie said as she smiled.
It was settled. When it began raining they would dance in the rain. It had been so long since Victoire had danced in the rain. This time would be even better than last, though. She was with her favorite cousin, what could be better?
"Yes, it is really relaxing," Victoire said as she looked up at the darkening sky. "I can't imagine anythign being more relaxing."
Victoire smiled and closed her eyes as she took in a deep breath of the pre-rain sent. It was one of her favorite things to smell. It was just so invigoriating. It filled her with passion and happiness. That was one of the reasons Victoire got ideas for her songs when she was out in the rain, even if they weren't happy songs. The rain filled her with a sense of creativity.

Albus turned his eyes to the sky and looked at the clouds before closing his eyes. He took a deep breath. He could smell the moisture in the air, causing a small smile to appear on his face. He was definitely relaxing. After taking a few more breaths with his eyes closed for a few moments, he glanced over at her to see what she was doing. He wondered if she was getting ideas for her next song. So, rather than interrupting her thought process, he laid there quietly for a while, just relaxing, nodding in agreement to her agreeing with him.
Once he felt the first drops of rain on his face, he opened his eyes and smirked. "It's starting to rain," he commented softly, so as to not surprise her by speaking through the silence. He didn't get up just yet, though. He'd wait until it rained a little harder before he actually got up and did anything in the rain, or he would wait until Victoire got up and wanted to do something. He was, perhaps, being a little lazy in his being relaxed state.
