Handsome Anthony Forte was a guy that all the girls dreamed of dating. Anthony was everythign that they could ever want. He was sweet, charming, handsome, kind, smart, and on top of all that he was a choir boy. Who could want anything more?
Today Anythony was wandering around the halls of the sixth corridor. He wasn't really looking for anything in particular, just wandering. His eyes were set in front of him, watching everythign that was going on as he walked past. A few times as he passed people they stopped to stare, but Anthony paid them no attention.
Soon Anthony was coming to the end of the hall. He knew he had to find somewhere to go. It was no sooner that he thought that thought than he stopped before a door. The door was one that lead to an old deserted classroom that no one ever ventured into. Anthony shrugged his shoulders and opened the door.
He didn't pay attention to what was inside of the room, mearly just walked in, turned his back to the room and shut the door. Ah, peace and quiet. Maybe now he could practice his songs. He hadn't been able to do that for a while now. He had been too busy with school to be able to do that.

April Fay was a singular gifted witch. She always did well when it came to school, which made up for the trouble she'd cause sometimes whenever she hung out with the Weasley brothers, Fred and George. But one thing she lacked was self-esteem. April didn't feel that she was pretty or that beautiful.
Today April was coming from the Great Hall just finishing up her lunch. Humming she walked up the fifth corridor stairs into the sixth corridor. She looked around and saw the no one was there. While she was passing by she heard a noise coming from a room. April thought it must be Peeves or one of the hogwarts ghost, but her curiousty got the better of her and she decided to check it out.
She found the room that the sound was coming out of and peeked her head in. It sounded like music was being played. She opened the door all the way and noticed the handsome young man sitting there. He must have been in choir if he knew how to play so well. April was mesmerized by the sound, it was so lovely. She sat there quietly so she wouldn't disturb him.

When Anthony turned to see the rest of the room a smile came to his face. It was an old music room. The old Muggle Arts classroom in fact. Most of the old instuments and things were still in the room, but it had been long since deserted. It was the perfect place and Anthony was thrilled.
He walked over to the old dusty piano that stood in the corner of the room and brushed the dust off of the bench. He sat down and blew on the keys. Dust flew everywhere. Anthony coughed and waved his hand to get the dust away from his face. Dust was no good if you wanted a superior singing voice.
Once the piano keys were clean Anthony started to play. He played one of his favorite songs: Maple Leaf. The melody was smooth and something that you could lose yourself in. His fingers flew over the keys quickly as he cahnged the tempo. Six years of piano lessons had definately paid off.
When Antony heard the door to the classroom open he didn't stop playing. He knew that the sound of the music would draw someone in sooner or later. He had just hoped that it was the later instead of the sooner. Once the song had finished Anthony took his fingers off the piano keys and turned on the piano bench to see who had walked in the door and if they were still there. As soon as he turned he saw the most beautiful girl he had ever seen.

April stayed the entire time to listen to him play. While she sat there she had figured out what classroom they were both in, it was the Muggle Arts classroom, but she had no idea why he was playing in here. April had only been in this class once before when she was in her fourth year.
When the sound of the music stopped and he was slowly turning around she thought that was the time she should probably be leaving. April tried to hurry out the door but she just ended up bumping into something which made it fall and hit the floor with a loud crashing noise. Luckily it didn't break but she was very embaressed.
" Oh..umm..I'm sorry I didn't mean to intrude, I just heard noise and came in here," she explained.

Anthony watched as the girl turned quickly and tried to exit the room as fast as she could. He waited for a few moments before he stood up and walked closer to the door. He watched as the girl bumped into something on her way out the door and made it fall. There was a loud crash and Anthony shuttered to know waht it was that had fallen.
"It's quite alright," Anthony said as he walked over to the girl. "I am glad to have an audience."
Antony gave her a genuine smile and continued to look at her. She was definately the most beautiful person he had ever seen. She had a perfect figure and her eyes... Wow. They were so enchanting that Anythony had a hard time looking away.
"I'm Anthony," he said as he held out his hand for her to shake.

April sighed in relief that he wasn't mad or anything. When he got closer she noticed that he was very handsome and must be very popular. Unlike her who wasn't very pretty or had very many friends. She kneeled down to pick up the object and noticed it had cracked.
April took out her wand and muttered "Oculus Reparo" and just like that it was fixed. She got back up and set it back on the stand and turned toward him and smiled . " Well, I couldn't help myself, you play so well. How did you learn that?" she asked even though she kinda already knew.
" Oh, I'm April Fay," she said introducing herself. " It's very nice to meet you Anthony," she said taking his hand.

Anthony looked out the doorway as the girl took out her wand and cast a spell. She mended the broken vase and set it back up on the table from where it had fallen. When she turned back Anthony backed up a bit, since he had moved closer to the door to see what she was doing, and smiled.
"Why thank you," Anthony said as he bowed his head a bit. "it comes from many years of piano lessons. Maybe I can teach you some time. I mean, this room has long since been deserted since they got the new Muggle Arts classroom. It is the perfect place for lessons as soon as it gets cleaned up a bit."
Anthony's jaw just about dropped when the girl said her name. This was the April that his sister Alison had always been talking about? This was the April? She was nothing like how Alison had described her. She was amazing.
"So you are April?" Anthony asked as he looked at her. "My sister Alison has told me all about you."

April smiled " Thanks for the offer I don't think I have the talent to play piano, but I wouldn't mind helping you clean up the place a bit," she said looking around the dusty room. " You have an amazing talent though, I couldn't play that good to save my life," she said laughing.
April was very jealous of him. Not only was Anthony good looking but he was also good at playing music. Then he took her by surprise when he mentioned Alison and that he was her brother.
April couldn't believe what she had just heard him say. " Your Alison's brother?!" she said in disbelieve. " This is crazy, no wonder I thought you looked kinda of fimilar," she said noticing the similarities between the two siblings.
April had never met him before and it was kinda of strange.

"Im sure if you took some lessons you would be wonderful," Anthony said as he smiled at her. "It might take a while to learn, but I'm sure you would do fine. You can't be that bad."
"Yes, I am Alison's brother," Anthony said and chuckled ever so slightly. He had never seen someone react with so much disbelief. "I know, we look too much alike."
Anthony continued to chuckle as he shook his head and turned back toward the piano. He wanted to see how bad April thought she was. He hadn't heard anything from Alison inquiring to any musical talent that April might have.
"Come here," Anthony said as he walked over to the piano and sat down. He scooted ofer to one side and motioned for April to come over. "Sit." He looked back at April over his shoulder and smiled as he patted the bench next to him.

April smiled back at him. "I'll need a lot of lessons then," she said laughing. " I think you'll be a good teacher if you play so well," she said complimenting him. " I didn't mean it like that," she said " I believe that your Alison's brother, you two look alot alike, its just I've never met you until now and it kinda caught me off guard," she explained.
"Okay," she said smiling. She sat on the part of the bench he patted and then waited for his instructions to begin playing.

"I have always thought abotu teaching music," Anthony said as he looked over at April. "Alison and I have been taught everythign about it. We can sing, dance and play every instrument imaginable."
Anthony nodded. When he was a child his father found great pride in teaching him all about music. Since they moved around a lot it was about the only thing to learn. Music was a universal language that everyone understood. It was a way that they could all connect.
When April sat at the piano he smiled. "Okay, show me what you know," he said simply and motioned toward the piano keys.

" It must run in the family," she laughed. April knew that Alison herself was a brilliant singer, musician, and a wonderful dancer. April only had a few skills which included art and being a smarty pants. she had never really been interested in it herself but she loved listening to other create and make music.
She placed her fingers on the keys and started playing 'Twinkle little star' since that was the only song she knew how to play oin the piano. Her father had taught it to her one day when he came home from work. She finished and turned to Anthony. " That's all I know how to play and I really don't know what keys I'm hitting, I just know how to play it from memory," she admitted embarassed.

"It does," Anthony said as he nodded.
He turned toward the piano and watched April's fingers as she played Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. When she was finished Anthony looked at her and smiled. She did very well for not knowing much about playing piano.
"That was very nice," Anthony siad as he smiled at her. "Okay first thing to know is the keys. See these two black keys that have a single white key in between them? Right before these two black keys is the key of C. That is the white key. Following that key is D, E, F, G, A, and B. Then the keys start over."
As Anthony said each of the keys he pointed them out of the piano, playing each of them. He then looked toward April to see if she was with him so far.

While he explained she listened intently and hung onto each word as if they were fragile. She tried to not to be distracted but she found that hard whenever her eyes met his. She'd look away then go back to look at his face while listening.
April may have not been a great musician, but she was a fast learner. " I understand now," she said. " Now what?" she sadi waiting for him to continue to explain.

Anthony noticed that as he spoke April kept looking away then back at his face. She did this several times and Anthony thought it quite odd, but quickly shrugged it off. He didn't care if she had odd quirks. She seemed sweet and that was all that mattered.
"Okay, now what I want you to do is play the chord from C to C," Anthony said as he placed his fingers on the piano keys. "It will sound like this," he said as he played the keys slowly. "When you get better you will be able to play them faster," as he spoke he played the chord faster, then played it backwards. "Once you get that we will add in the sharps and flats. The black keys."
